Accessibility and Ethical Design

Common to all our services, they are rooted in our status as a benefit corporation and in our DNA as a design team.

Not just compliance and regulatory adherence, but an all-round approach to include elements of inclusion, ethics and sustainability in every project.

Without shortcuts, plug-ins or patches, we guide you through the entire process, from consulting to operation.

How we work

Accessibility assessment

We help you assess the status of your digital touch points (sites, apps, software) against the obligations introduced by the European Accessibility Act and the AgID guidelines, using the most up-to-date version of the WCAG Guidelines.
We carry out a thorough and expert review, combining automated checks with manual verification.

Accessibility tests

We collaborate with national bodies and associations such as UICI and ENS to do accessibility tests with people with different disabilities, to thoroughly assess not only the level of compliance, but also the experience delivered to them by your digital touchpoints.

Design for all people

Our teams have been trained and accustomed for years to working in an accessible and inclusive way, in every part of the design process.
This ensures our projects are accessible by design, making us the ideal partner in remediation or redesign projects of existing touchpoints to make them fully accessible and usable by all.

Transparency and trust

Both in new projects and in the analysis and revision of existing projects, we apply design tools that promote privacy, transparency and trust, anticipating and mitigating problems in flows, forms and all processes that handle personal data.

Ethical Compass

We guide you through a workshop mapping the risk areas of innovation projects, looking for grey areas that deserve special attention in terms of accessibility, inclusion, trust and security, in order to design more robust products and services.

Corporate Digital Responsibility

Together with Piano D, we can support you in your reporting processes for the purpose of CDR, the calculation of CO₂ emissions for the CSRD and in general in assessing the environmental impact of your digital touchpoints.
