Three scholarships in support of young talent on the road to higher education

Talent deserves recognition and support, regardless of economic background. That's why, in keeping with our commitment to equal opportunities in education and supporting the next generation, we awarded three scholarships to three students from the "A. Einstein" High School in Rimini to help them continue studying.

At Tangible, we firmly believe in providing opportunities for those who show talent and dedication. Based on one of the core values of our Benefti Corporation status, we are committed to finding the right way to support the new generation and equality in education.

In collaboration with Prof. Michela Clementi and the staff of the "A. Einstein" Scientific and Musical High School in Rimini, we have worked over the past few months to define fair criteria and methods, in line with our principles, to launch a call for applications for three scholarships to support the studies of deserving young talents.

The scholarships, worth a total of 2,500 euros, were awarded to recent graduates of Liceo A. Einstein with an average grade above 8.25, taking into account both merit and financial need. The aim is to provide concrete help to those who have shown commitment and passion but who may face obstacles in continuing their studies due to financial difficulties. This will ensure that support is provided to those who need it most while promoting diversity and inclusion.

These university scholarships are not only a recognition but also an encouragement to continue growing. This year's recipients will continue their studies in different fields:

  • History and Conservation of Artistic and Musical Heritage at the University of Padua
  • Physics at the University of Bologna
  • Mathematics and Computer Science for Artificial Intelligence at Bocconi University

The scholarship award ceremony took place on Saturday 26 October 2024 in the Hawking Room of the Liceo A. Einstein in Rimini. Tangible representatives, faculty and recipients gathered to celebrate this important recognition of young graduates' dedication and talent.

For us, this special moment was an opportunity to reflect on the importance of creating opportunities and supporting the new generation in their journey. We hope that these scholarships will not only provide financial support but also inspire them to keep dreaming big.

We have also decided to make the draft call for applications available to any interested company, providing a simple and adaptable template for those who wish to follow our lead. This initiative is an integral part of our ongoing commitment to the common good and to supporting the growth of the next generation.

Ilaria Mauric expressed the importance of this initiative in these words:

This idea is inspired by Article 3 of our Constitution and began with an observation of who we are today and who we want to be tomorrow. We would like our future colleagues to resemble the idea of a community that we share: open, welcoming, fair. We don't know where the journey will take the young people who receive our scholarship today, but if their paths cross ours in a few years' time, we will be delighted.

We hope this support will inspire other companies to invest in young talents and reward their commitment and determination.

Thanks to those who have supported us

We would like to thank Prof. Michela Clementi, Principal Christian Montanari and teacher and coordinator Maria Rita Giulianini for their collaboration and support in making this initiative possible. Their commitment was crucial in helping the students achieve their goals.

We believe that investing in education is crucial to building a better future, and we will continue to do our part to support young talent and promote equal access to educational opportunities.
